  • This is a problem that the refrigeration retrofit industry has had for quite some time. One of my customers approached me about this issue and we designed a proper solution. There is often a problem during maintenance while installing trying to install a new motor to an oddball coil on an existing evaporator. Up until now, there was only one option (Buy a new complete fan/motor unit). The 977-series fan guard comes in Black Powder Coat or Zinc Plated finish.  
  • These units are specifically designed with Agricultural Use in mind having a 2” wire grill separation. The guard has our standard designed for mounting and electric motor allowing you to mount the motor from the fan guard thus eliminating the need for an extra motor mount.

  • The GFK series Bi-Flow liquid line filter-drier, uses high-quality compression of small spherical particles in the sintered desiccant module. It has a high-density filter mesh and at each end of the installation a non-reflux valve that reverses impurities. It effectively filters residual water and debris in the system.

Our supplier is a large, well-established manufacturer, specializing in the fabrication of copper manifolds and copper fittings. All holes on the manifold are punched with collars to provide the highest brazing strength. All brazing is done with purged nitrogen and thoroughly cleaned to eliminate any contamination. All finished copper sub-assemblies are inspected with the Tri-Iinear Coordinates Measuring Instrument to ensure the highest dimensional accuracy. Each sub-assembly is pressurized to ensure there are no leaks.

After precision tooling is completed, samples will be provided and approval required before mass production of your order begins.   • This series of filter core and removable filter cylinder shell are the most commonly used. These filters are replaceable and their size is universal. They effectively dry and filter out foreign pollutants. The Filter Core can replace the filter core in the GPL Filter Cylinder.
  • The GPL series has a filter core that can be replaced. Our filter cylinder removes most impurities found in refrigerant. It also effective at protecting a new compressor that has been installed to replace a burnt out one.
  • The GPLC series #1 are U.L. certified and have been built with application flexibility and durability in mind. They are powder coated for enhanced corrosion resistance and can be installed both vertically and horizontally.

  • The GPLC series #4 is U.L. certified and is a horizontal type liquid receiver both applicable to larger ice-water machine systems or specially designed air-conditioning systems. The usage and function are the same as the average vertical type liquid receiver.
  • The GPLC series #5 is U.L certified and is a horizontal type liquid receiver, applicable to both larger ice-water machine systems and specially designed air-conditioning systems.
  • The GEG series liquid line filter drier/sight glass combination is a liquid line filter drier with a sight glass brazed directly to the outlet side of the filter drier. The filter drier is designed with a 3A molecular sieve desiccant for excellent moisture adsorption with CFC, HCFC and HFC refrigerants. The filter media removes small particles down to 10 microns in size from the refrigerant to help prevent plugging orifices and tubes. The pre-assembled combination reduces the amount of field brazing required, saving both time and reducing the potential for leaks. The sight glass allows technicians to see the refrigerant in its’ current state. It helps to identify poorly charged systems that have poor airflow across the condenser coil or system. The sight glass has a built-in moisture indicator which provides visual color change from green to yellow in response to the moisture content of the refrigerant, indicating the need for service.

  • The GEK series molecular liquid line filter-drier uses high quality compressed spherical desiccant that is compressed through automatic integration with high-density filters in the cylinder body. It acts as a drying filter that can effectively filter your system of residual water and debris. Note: For use in R410a system, please advise us, so we can use XH-11 desiccant for better performance.
  • There are many different types of fan guards and motor mounts made for the HVACR industry, and several different materials used to make them. The most popular being Carbon Steel, followed by Stainless Steel, and last of all Plastic. Many companies working in the industry wonder which material is best to use for a fan guard that will best fit their specifications.
  • The GAD series solid core liquid line filter drier uses a high-quality compression of small, spherical particles sintered into the desiccant module. It is combined with a high-density filter cloth that dries and effectively filters the system of water residue and debris.
  • The oil separator separates oil from the refrigerant gas, improving the performance of your refrigeration or air conditioning system. Its function enters the inlet of the oil separator from the compressor refrigerant and oil mixture, this mixture flows through a filter and a baffle device, making the oil particles aggregate and drop to the bottom of the oil separator. The refrigerant gas will goes through the outlet, and enter the condenser under oil-less status when the filter separates the remaining oil particles from the gas. The oil of the refrigerant aggregates at the bottom of the oil separator, and a needle valve operated by a floating ball is opened to let oil return to the compressor. Since the pressure of the oil separator is higher than the pressure of the crankcase, the oil can quickly return to the compressor. When the oil level drops, the needle valve is closed to prevent the refrigerant gas from returning to the compressor. The oil separator system is mostly installed in the multiple compressor racks of supermarkets and air conditioning, system with long refrigerant lines, system with problems of internal oil return, ultra- temperature system and system using HCFC, HFC and relative lubricants.

  • The GFX series suction line filter-drier, uses a high-density filter that effectively filters impurities. It is installed at the end of the system to focus protection on the compressor.
